Duality Hypnotherapy Refund Policy
At Duality Hypnotherapy, we are committed to providing quality services that help our clients achieve their goals. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Cancellations and Refunds

Initial Consultation: The initial consultation is a one-time session, and if a client chooses not to proceed with further hypnotherapy sessions after the consultation, a refund of the session fee will be provided, provided the session is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Hypnotherapy Sessions: For any individual hypnotherapy sessions purchased, a refund may be issued if canceled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the therapist.

Package Deals: If a client has purchased a package of sessions and wishes to cancel, a refund will be considered on a pro-rata basis depending on the number of sessions used and the reason for cancellation. No refunds will be provided for sessions that have already been completed.
2. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies or other significant reasons), a refund or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We encourage clients to inform us as soon as possible if such circumstances arise.
3. No Show Policy

If a client fails to attend an appointment without prior notice (no-show), the session will be considered as used, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Client Satisfaction

We aim to ensure every client is satisfied with their hypnotherapy experience. If you feel that the service provided was not in line with your expectations, please get in touch with us, and we will work with you to address your concerns. While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
5. Payment Methods
